You want me to eat what?

Jack in the box has done it this time…

It seems a competitor has brought a lawsuit against them arguing that their advertising is misleading. ABC News

The offending word…”angus”

The competitor claims that the ad depicts “angus” beef as that from the nether region of the cow… “angus” without the g. Jack in the box serves Sirloin burgers which they claim as superior.

This problem is truly the competitors. The problem is education. If the customers/clients and the public are not educated on what angus beef really is, they need to be educated!

The same principle applies for dental marketing, if your patients don’t know what a crown or bridge is, or what problem an implant fixes, you need to educate them.

A dental newsletter is the best way to educate your current patients. Tell them the ins and outs of implants, invisalign, and teeth whitening and watch as the production rates increase.
