Practice Referrals
In your practice, there are more ways to get referrals than just asking or sending a patient newsletter.
When they are in your office, make sure you have signs or material promoting your referral program. Put it in obvious places like the magazine rack, or even slip your referral cards into the magazines.
When a patient leaves, HAND them a referral card. Don’t just put it in their “thank you” bag. Make sure they see it and make sure the patient understands the benefits they receive if they refer somebody in.
The key word in referral program is program. The more ways you have to let them know you accept referrals, the better.
