It appears that you now have another authority to answer to in your practice.

Care Credit seems to have taken the reins in some cases and zeroing out patients accounts when they complain of bad service. If CC decides the work is bad, they cancel accounts.

Mind you, this dentist is a threat and insult to the profession, but just the concept sets a very uncomfortable precedent.
